Welcome to wonderland!

My name’s Allie, and I started this blog in college as a school project. (Note the over eagerness in my old posts.) The purpose of it was to document what I was doing and learning in some of my Culinary classes. I promptly abandoned this blog as soon as I graduated because I’ll be honest – the last thing I wanted to do for fun was write after a long four years of endless projects and papers. BUT here I am again, and I can’t help wondering if I am a glutton for punishment
