ADVANCE BAKING I
This semester in advanced baking has been full of new experiences and learning curves; however, I would not change it for a thing! I have learned so much useful information to improve my baking and had so much fun – which is probably evident in this blog.
I want to say a special thank you to Chef Mary Helen for taking so much time with us and being so patient with our Advanced Baking I class. I know that we have all been a handful at times, and we have all had our days where nothing seems to work for us. But this really has been a terrific class which has better prepared me for my future. And I cannot wait to see what Advanced Baking II has in store!
